She/Her
While we cannot necessarily change the world around us, you can find support in therapy and discover the best version of yourself.
Talking to other people has curative powers because, above all else, it reminds us that we are not alone. Nobody should be expected to go through life without help from others.
I take a warm and open-minded approach to each client, focusing on creating a therapeutic connection. I collaborate with my clients on developing goals and a treatment plan that best fits their needs and interests.
You are asking yourself if your problem is “big enough” for therapy. You want to be understood. You don't want to be judged. You are feeling lonely or disconnected. You are dealing with anxiety, anger, depression, suicidality.
