Hi, I’m Matt.
Have you continually heard that “you are not living up to your full potential?”
Do you struggle to navigate a negative narrative that plays in your head?
Do you feel like maintaining personal relationships is a continual uphill climb?
Do you feel exhausted or paralyzed from trying to navigate your daily life?
If you answered yes to all or even some of these questions, then chances are you could benefit from therapy. As someone who received an adult diagnosis of ADHD, I can empathize and understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate these sometimes invisible symptoms. Not to sound like a cliche GI Joe, but “knowing is half the battle.” It is always my goal in sessions to create a space where you can navigate your thoughts and experiences to gain insight on how they impact you and how we can create a new narrative moving forward.

He/Him
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my Master’s from UIUC in 2018. I recognize that while we may have universal or shared experiences, everyone handles them in unique and diverse ways.
In sessions, I utilize my eclectic professional and academic background to help individuals identify what they are experiencing and create alternative solutions for moving forward. I work primarily with adults at any stage in life to help navigate past or ongoing traumatic experiences, grief and loss, ADHD, sexual identity, and sexual orientation.
I’m excited to begin working with you on your journey towards healing and peace from within. Interested in scheduling an appointment with me? Please give us a call at 217-203-2008.
