She/Her
Hi there! I am so glad you are here.
I once had a professor who said, “Clients should feel like sitting in a rocking chair on a front porch, sipping tea while talking to an old friend." By that, she meant that clients should feel comfortable speaking to their therapist about uncomfortable topics. That is the experience I strive to provide for my clients. No matter the age, we all have most likely experienced some trauma. Sometimes, we dismiss our experiences after comparing ourselves to others, but we do ourselves a disservice. Everyone’s story deserves to be heard.
I love working with others to overcome their life challenges and reach their full potential. I appreciate that clients have trusted me to share their experiences. Each client’s story has demonstrated how resilient we can be. I love using the skills I have learned to help others who may be stuck in unhelpful patterns.
