Champaign Counseling
Champaign Counseling We are located on the corner of West Church Street and Mattis Avenue in Champaign, IL, and in Savoy, IL. The group was founded by Sarah Olson, LCSW, in 2016. The counseling staff is comprised of 12 therapists (and growing) whose knowledge, experience, and education cover a wide area of mental health issues. The group welcomes all ages: from small children to the elderly. A potential client can ask specifically for a counselor, or be assigned a counselor according to the issue(s) for which he/she/they wish to be seen.
Counselors
Our counselors are trained in various forms of therapies and see clients that are dealing with a myriad of mental health issues. They can provide support, problem-solving skills, and enhanced coping strategies for issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship troubles, unresolved childhood issues, grief, stress management, and reproductive mental health.
Many people find therapy to be a tremendous asset in managing personal growth, interpersonal relationships, family concerns, marriage issues, and the stress of everyday life. The benefits a person can obtain from therapy depends on how well he/she/they use the process and puts into practice what he/she/they learn(s).
