This is an informational support group—not group therapy.
This group is an opportunity for parents with teens who deal with anxiety to come together to learn more about anxiety specific challenges their teens may be facing. Parents will also have a chance to learn what is going on inside the teenage brain, how to support their teens, and to share their own personal experience.
