I provide a calm and safe space for you to open up and explore your thoughts and feelings. I approach therapy as a place where I am genuinely curious and interested about you and learning how I can help you develop tools to cope with life’s challenges. I use an eclectic and collaborative approach to therapy that includes mindfulness, body scans and other forms of psychotherapy.
People from all walks of life are welcome and safe in my office. This space exists for you to be 100% genuine to who you are, whatever that may mean for affirming your current identity or exploring/ questioning an identity that suits you best.
I see my role as a therapist as being a paddle on your canoe. I am there to help you get through the rough parts of your journey and as you glide along the smoother parts reflect back to how far you have come. I will use my role to help steer and guide you on a path that works best for you.
