Hi, I'm Carly.

I am a licensed social worker and received my master's degree in social work from Loyola University Chicago. I have specialized training and experience working with people who are neurodivergent and their families. I would like to be an advocate and support for those within the neurodivergent community.

I also have experience working in a hospital setting, where I assisted patients and their families with adjustment to diagnosis and providing resources within the community. I have worked with a variety of different diagnoses and treatment modalities, children, and adults, from all different backgrounds.

I work with each client in developing goals and how to achieve them in their own way. What are you looking for in therapy? Let's explore it together.
Give us a call today at 217-203-2008 to schedule an appointment with me and start promoting peace from within.

Carly practices at the Savoy location during the week, and the Champaign location on Saturdays.

Are you struggling with feeling like your most authentic self?

I believe that therapy is a space for everyone to be their most authentic self, where you can explore who you are and who you want to be. As humans, we are constantly changing and growing. Therapy is a great place to challenge yourself and have support in ways that are different than friends or family. By walking into my office, you're taking a chance on yourself.

Whatever it is that led you to this page, let it empower you to make the call to schedule an appointment. Therapy is a space where we can discuss anything that you'd like. Feeling nervous, scared, or uncomfortable is totally normal. Therapy can be whatever you want to make it. Whether that is learning new skills on how to live life, processing the things around you in a healthy way, or gaining a new perspective on who you are as a person. You don't need to be going through a crisis or have a severe mental illness to see a therapist. I work hard to ensure that my clients have a space where they can bring whatever it is they need to within a session. There is something magical about the feeling of being understood by others and the feeling of knowing that you're never alone.

My hope is that you’ll be comfortable exploring who you are now, who you want to be, and how to get there. I take a warm, non-judgmental approach with each client to focus on what matters most to them.
